Why are you thankful? Throughout November, our social media platforms will feature Baptist team members who are thankful. See details below to participate, and consider one of these questions: What do you appreciate about working in health care? What are you most thankful for in life? Why are you grateful/thankful for Baptist? Team members may also thank another team member who helps them achieve success.

Click here to submit your request to be featured. Choose “Testimonial” as the Type of Content, “30 Days of Thanks” as the subject of your Request and include the following:
- Your name, title/position, department and hospital/entity.
- An image of yourself or a group image with other team members. Please remove all ID badges before taking the photo, and make sure you and any featured team members are following Baptist’s appearance standards.
- One or two sentences expressing why you’re thankful. See questions above.
- A signed publicity consent form, available here. Each person featured in the photo should sign a consent form.
