Mississippi Baptist Medical Center recently recognized 320 hospital and Baptist Medical Group team members who have more than five years of service. The hospital also recognized Bertha Quinn, a unit health coordinator on 3 North with 50 years of service.
“At Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, we value the dedication and loyalty of our team members and are honored so many have chosen MBMC,” said Lee Ann Foreman, MBMC’s chief human resources officer. “Their commitment reflects the heart of our mission. We especially celebrate Bertha Quinn for her incredible 50 years of service, an inspiration to us all.”
MBMC recognizes the long-term commitment of team members starting at one year and then five years of service, continuing in five-year intervals throughout the duration of a team member’s career with Baptist.
