George Robertson to Speak at May Preaching Series

George Robertson, senior pastor of Second Presbyterian Church, will be the featured speaker for the Rev. Jimmy Terry Preaching Series on Thursday, May 15 at noon in Garrett Auditorium. The auditorium is located at 6027 Walnut Grove Road on Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis’ campus. This is Pastor Robertson’s third time to speak for the series.

Pastor Robertson earned his bachelor’s degree from Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia, and his Master in Divinity and Master in Theology from Covenant Theological Seminary in Creve Coeur, Missouri, part of the St. Louis metro area. He has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in historical and theological studies from Westminster Theological Seminary in Glenside, Pennsylvania.

Previously, Pastor Robertson served as senior pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Augusta, pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church in St. Louis and lecturer and adjunct professor of Covenant Theological Seminary. He currently serves as a council member for the Gospel Coalition.
