The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has awarded Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City a 5-star rating for cleanliness.
CMS uses the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey — the national, standardized survey of hospital patients’ experience during a recent inpatient stay — for the ratings.
