Leapfrog awarded “A” Hospital Safety Grades for spring 2026 to Baptist Memorial Hospital-Carroll County, Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle, Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi, Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County.
This is Baptist Union County’s 16th consecutive “A” grade, Baptist Carroll County’s seventh A in a row and Baptist Union City’s sixth consecutive A.
Leapfrog assigns letter grades from A to F to general hospitals nationwide based on more than 30 measures of patient safety. The group updates grades twice a year — in the spring and fall.
The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is the only ratings program for hospitals that’s based exclusively on hospital prevention of medical errors and harm to patients. The grading system is peer reviewed, fully transparent and free to the public.
