Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville recently recognized team members and leaders for going above and beyond.

Pamela Gowdy, admissions representative, was recently awarded the BEE Award for going above and beyond each day. Pamela’s nomination came from a coworker who shared, “One of the special things about Pamela is her ability to connect with patients and their families. I can tell she has their full attention as they respond to her teaching. It’s awesome to see the enthusiasm she brings to her job, whether it’s helping patients, coworkers or the general public.”
Baptist Booneville
Tiffany Duncan, nurse manager on the Medical-Surgical unit; Sergio Warren, director of marketing; and Jason Coley, chief administrative officer for Baptist Booneville and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County, won the “You Make a Difference” Award, which recognizes Baptist Booneville leaders or salaried team members who exhibit Service First Champion attributes.
Baptist Booneville also presented the Spotlight Award to Dalton Snyder, clinical engineer with Crothall Healthcare. The award recognizes contract vendor team members who exhibit Service First Champion characteristics.
