Matt Brown to Speak at February Preaching Series

Matt Brown, senior pastor of Germantown Baptist Church in Germantown, Tennessee, will be the featured speaker for the Rev. Jimmy Terry Preaching Series on Thursday, Feb. 19 at noon in Garrett Auditorium. The auditorium is located at 6027 Walnut Grove Road on Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis’ campus. This will be Pastor Brown’s second time to speak for the series.

Pastor Brown previously served as pastor of Gaston Baptist Church in Booneville, Mississippi. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Blue Mountain Christian University in Blue Mountain, Mississippi, and his Master of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He earned his Ph.D. from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Cordova, Tennessee. Pastor Brown and his wife, Nikki, have four children.
