Baptist Spring Symposium

The Baptist Memorial Health Care 2013 Spring Symposium, “Celebrating 100 Years of Quality Care” will be held Friday, May 10, from 7:30a.m.-4 p.m. at the Baptist Memphis Garrett Auditorium. The featured speaker, Dr. Thomas Mackenzie, chief medical officer of Denver Health Care, will deliver a message on “Delivering World Class Results for a Complex Population.”

Afternoon session topics include:

• Principles, Practices and Behaviors That Drive Results
• Systems and Processes That Drive Results
• Utilizing the Right Tools to Drive Results
