You have a meaningful opportunity to help make Baptist Memorial Health Care better by providing feedback on the team member engagement survey. You’ll receive an invitation — an email from Press Ganey on behalf of Baptist — to complete the team member engagement survey on Monday, May 18. It will only take about 10 minutes to complete, but the positive impact will last well into the future.

Your responses are important to us. We use them to help make Baptist Memorial a better, more engaged place to work. Your feedback from previous surveys has helped us make several positive changes.

With hundreds of active Baptist Management System initiatives across the system, we’re working to foster teamwork and collaboration. We’ve also improved our recruitment and retention efforts. The 2025 Annual Compensation Review positively affected more than 18,000 team members with $14.85 million in market-driven salary adjustments and an additional $18.3 million awarded in merit increases.

Baptist Memorial also held more than 40 recruiting events with a structured calendar of school visits, career fairs and hiring events, including allowing immediate offers. We enhanced the hiring experience through continuous process improvements and simplified communication and recruiter tools that reduce candidate friction. In partnership with Baptist Health Sciences University, we launched the guaranteed offer program for students, expanding Baptist Memorial’s pipeline of talent.

Baptist Memorial also awarded $2.2 million in BestHealth incentives with 97% of team members completing a biometric screening and 93% completing an annual wellness visit. We experienced a 25% increase in participation in our diabetes management program, which offers $0 copay for medication and supplies when program criteria are met, with an enrollment of more than 1,000 team members. Baptist also launched a new BestHealth lifestyle management program called Flourish to help team members improve their overall well-being.

We continued our investment in the Skillsoft Percipio career platform, which had more than 27,000 course completions and a 165% increase in use. Our Learn & Lead Workshops had a 76% year-to-date increase over the prior year with approximately 1,700 participants. We held career advising sessions with team members from 12 entities and Baptist Medical Group with a 10% year-to-date increase.

We’re happy with these improvements, but there’s more work to do, so we need your help. We plan to use the survey results to make changes that will benefit you. Your survey responses are strictly confidential. We can only see combined results that aren’t attributed to any single team member.

  • Scan the QR code found on the team member engagement survey postcard you’ll receive or the posters and table tents at your Baptist Memorial location.
