Baptist Restorative Care Hospital announces a new employee referral bonus program for team members who work in any Baptist entity. The Referral Bonus Program ends July 25, 2016.
Baptist Restorative Care Hospital is a long-term acute care hospital located inside of Baptist Memphis, specializing in caring for acutely ill, medically stable patients on a ventilator. Baptist Restorative Care Hospital is now offering new positions for full-time and seasonal RNs with ICU and/or ICU-Step Down experience.
- Licensed RNs with more than 12 months experience, who apply for a full-time position and who have bedside experience, qualify for referrals.
- Active full-time, part-time, and PRN Baptist employees are eligible for a referral bonus. Any Baptist employee who recruits an RN into an eligible position must be on active employee status on the Baptist payroll during the entire 12 months to be eligible for bonus payments.
- The Baptist employee and recruited RN will waive payments of the referral bonus if the recruited RN terminates or transfers to a non-bedside position for any reason during the 12 month period.
Referred applicants must complete the employee application—“Referral Source” section, with the name of the referring employee. Employee referrals are declared at the time the application is submitted. The referred applicant can click here and must complete the employment application.
