An experienced and dedicated team of leaders who have served Arkansas Methodist Medical Center for years has transitioned to Baptist Memorial Health Care and will be working with CEO and Administrator Melanie Edens to lead Baptist Memorial Hospital-Paragould.
Chief Operating Officer Jason Masingale has been a dedicated member of AMMC since 1997, starting as a night shift nurse in the Coronary Care unit (CCU). Throughout the years, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, progressing through roles, such as unit coordinator overseeing the CCU and Cath Lab, GI Lab unit coordinator, assistant chief nursing officer, environmental safety and risk manager, and director of clinical and support services. In 2018, Jason became chief operating officer, and he continues to drive operational excellence.
Chief Financial Officer Staci Williams joined AMMC in 1997 and has steadily advanced through various roles in accounting and financial management before being named CFO in 2023. A graduate of Arkansas State University with a degree in accounting, Staci is deeply committed to her community, serving as a women’s group leader at Harvest Baptist Church. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, their three children and three grandchildren.
Chief Nursing Officer Candice Wicker brings 20 years of diverse clinical and administrative expertise to her role as chief nursing officer. She is a registered nurse and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality with a Master of Science in nursing. With a background in emergency services, intensive care, cardiac cath lab, quality improvement, risk management and regulatory compliance, she is passionate about fostering teamwork and delivering patient-centered care. A lifelong resident of Greene County, Candice is married to Jordan and is proud mom to their son, Bryce.
Director of Human Resources Kevin Thielemier is an accomplished human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in health care. He excels in aligning people strategies with organizational goals and enhancing workplace culture. Kevin holds an MBA and a bachelor’s in human resources management from Arkansas State University. He is an active member of the Arkansas Healthcare Human Resources Association where he has served in multiple leadership roles, including as president. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities and traveling.
Chief Information Officer and Clinic Administrator Dan Austin is a seasoned health care leader with more than 22 years of experience in the industry. For the past 10 years, he has been a dedicated member of AMMC where he has played a key role in advancing clinical operations and technology initiatives. Outside of his professional life, Dan enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. He is also an active member of Reynolds Park Baptist Church. Above all, he values time with his wife, Jane-Marie, and their daughter, Bethany.
