BaptistMD 24/7 is Ending in November. Virtual Care is Still Available With MyChart.

Launched in April 2020, BaptistMD 24/7 helped Baptist team members and their families navigate the pandemic by providing around-the-clock virtual care. As more team members have chosen to return to traditional care and our communities are making a post-pandemic transition, Baptist is updating health care options and will discontinue BaptistMD 24/7 on Nov. 17, 2022.

Team members on the Baptist health plan who have a BaptistMD 24/7 account will still be able to use the service until Nov. 17. Team members who would like to continue using MDLive services and are willing to pay out-of-pocket after Nov. 17 can do so by enrolling at MDLive.com.

Baptist offers other convenient and easy-to-use virtual care options, including E-Visits and Video Visits through Baptist OneCare MyChart. Click here for more information about these options and MyChart enrollment. We encourage all team members to use these options when an in-person visit is impractical or impossible.*

If you have additional questions, please contact Baptist’s Benefits department at benefits@bmhcc.org or 901-227-5093.

*Please check with your Baptist Medical Group provider to see if they offer E-Visits and Video Visits through Baptist OneCare MyChart.
