To keep pace with Baptist Memorial Health Care’s continued growth, Corporate Compliance recently initiated a new approach to managing all calls and online submissions to the Baptist TIPS Hotline/Helpline (877‑BMH‑TIPS, or 877-264-8477) and online form. Operators with Ethico, a compliance solutions company that serves the health care industry, began answering these calls and online submissions on July 7.
This new process, which includes the assignment of tracking numbers to all calls, will help ensure an immediate response to all submissions. Reports can be made anonymously or on the record, and all reports will be handled confidentially to the extent allowed by law.
