Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto hosted a luncheon for its providers and presented the Baptist DeSoto Annual Medical Staff Awards in honor of National Doctor’s Day on Sunday, March 30. Dr. Fazal Yahya, president of the medical staff, presented the awards.
Dr. Fazal Manejwala from the DeSoto office of Memphis Obstetrics and Gynecological Association (MOGA) won the Lifetime Achievement Award. Dr. Yadana Kyaw with Memphis Lung earned the Annual Magnolia Award.
Teresa Creech, registered nurse and coordinator of clinical services in Palliative Care, won the Nursing Award. Lori Sides, technician in the EKG Lab, was presented with the Ancillary Award.
