Baptist Memorial Hospital-Attala recently celebrated three 2026 Project Search graduates who completed an intensive workplace training and career readiness program designed for young adults with disabilities.
The Project Search graduates from Kosciusko High School spent their final high school year with team members at the hospital, engaging in hands-on internships, classroom instruction and job coaching.
The program allows graduates to gain valuable work experience, develop communication skills, build confidence and prepare for competitive employment opportunities within their communities.
