Stacy Talley, a pediatric physical therapist at Baptist Rehabilitation-Germantown, recently achieved board certification in pediatric physical therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association.
To earn the certification, Stacy had to have a current license to practice physical therapy and a minimum of 2,000 direct patient care hours as a licensed physical therapist in the specialty area, 25 percent of which have occurred within the last three years.
The American Physical Therapy Association is a national professional organization representing more than 80,000 members throughout the United States. They established the specialist certification program in 1978.
Stacy is the third Baptist Rehab-Germantown therapist to achieve this board certification, joining Jodie Jennings and Amy Myers.
