Baptist Offers Breast Cancer Screenings at Tanger Pink Event

Baptist Cancer Center-Desoto and Baptist Women’s Health Center have joined with DeSoto Hope community cancer support group and other area health care providers for the annual Tanger Pink Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Tanger Outlets Southaven. Baptist’s mobile mammography unit will be on site for screenings, and Baptist team members will be available to provide breast cancer education. At the event, you will also have the opportunity to donate to Baptist Cancer Center’s Patient Assistance Fund to support patients who need financial assistance for medication, home medical devices, transportation and other necessities.
