Monthly Rates:

Baptist Employee: $70 (regularly $95) with a $65 joining fee
Will need to show Baptist ID and Baptist ID number

Associate (spouse) rate: $65 with a $65 joining fee
Child 1: $50 no joining fee
Child 2: $25 no joining fee
Child 3 or more: $0

The primary member and the associate member are under a 12-month long contract. If they cancel before the contract is up, there is a $200 cancellation fee. Children are not under contract, so they can cancel any time with no charge.

There are also options to pay in full. The joining fee would be waived and we would add two free months to their membership.
