This is a 15% discount on our listed full rental rates for apartments in our senior independent living facility on Knight Arnold Road.

Great Room $1,475 $1,253.75
Rent includes, 3 meals in the dining room ( or delivered to your apartment during covid), and utilities. The rent can be adjusted if the resident would like to exclude dining and utilities and pick those expenses up on their own.

When speaking with our director, please provide a letter from your organization that you are affiliated with Baptist and the appropriate discount will be applied to the contract.
