Chick-fil-A Southaven offers a 10% discount
for all DELIVERY orders that meet a $200 pre-tax minimum.

Guidelines:
*The orders must be delivered to the hospital.
*We do accept department purchase orders for billing and if paid by the hospital the order will be tax exempt.
*All orders not paid by the hospital will incur a 10% sales tax.
*We request 24 hours notice but can take same day orders during available times.

Two options:
*Employees can call the restaurant to place catering orders from our catering menu at 662-349-3587.
*Large catering orders should be emailed to cfacatering1@cfasouthaven.com and call April Armstrong, 901-848-9994 to discuss specifics.
