On Monday morning, you’ll receive a very important email from Press Ganey on behalf of Baptist – your invitation to take the employee engagement survey. This is one of the most meaningful surveys you will take, and you’ll only need 10 minutes to complete it. Primed with your responses from the survey, we plan to take action to make Baptist a better, more engaged place to work.
Your valuable feedback from past surveys aided us in implementing several changes, including new flexible staffing options to enhance work/life balance and the Center for Career Development launching later this year to help create career pathways for growth and development for team members.
All survey responses are strictly confidential. We will only see combined results that won’t be attributed to any single team member. We’ll use those combined results to make positive changes that will benefit all of us.
Please complete the employee engagement survey between May 15 and June 2. You can access it in several ways:
- Click on the link in the email you’ll receive from Press Ganey on Monday.
- Visit your entity’s MyBaptist page and click on the engagement survey web banner.
- Scan the QR code found on the employee engagement survey postcard you’ll receive or on the posters and table tents at Baptist facilities.
