I hope you enjoyed the fun activities and treats during our “Heart of Baptist” celebration. As we welcome a new month, I want to make sure you’ll continue to carry with you the knowledge that you are truly the heart of Baptist.
A big component of the “Heart of Baptist” campaign was taking more time to listen to you. We received a lot of feedback and intend to take action to make Baptist an even better place to work. I hope you had an opportunity to speak with your managers and senior leaders about how we can make improvements to enhance your work experience. They are always eager to hear from you.
I also want to assure you that the spirit of our “Heart of Baptist” celebration will continue well beyond the month of March. Your leaders will keep engaging with you, and we will take more time to show our appreciation for you and all you bring to Baptist. At both the system and entity level, we’re actively working on ways to better support you in your life and in your career goals.
