On Monday morning, you’ll receive an email from Press Ganey on behalf of Baptist. It’s your invitation to take the employee engagement survey. This is one of the most important surveys you will take. And you’ll only need 10 minutes to complete it.
The survey helps us measure employee engagement. Engaged team members work toward shared goals, and a highly engaged workforce is more likely to deliver safer, higher quality care. We all want the same thing, but we need your help to get there. We can’t maintain a healthy culture without you.
I know we can grow stronger together and create an improved culture of engagement. Armed with your responses from the survey, we plan to take action to make Baptist a better, more engaged place to work.
Your survey responses are strictly confidential. We will only see combined results that won’t be attributed to any single team member. We’ll use those combined results to make positive changes that will benefit all of us.
Please complete the employee engagement survey between May 16 and May 31. You can access it in several ways:
- Click on the link in the email you’ll receive from Press Ganey on Monday.
- Visit your entity’s MyBaptist page and click on the engagement survey web banner.
- Scan the QR code found on the employee engagement survey postcard you’ll receive or on the posters and table tents at Baptist facilities.
