Last Thursday and Friday, the Kemmons Wilson Family Center for Good Grief held its 20th Camp Good Grief, a free camp for children who have recently lost loved ones. All campers have a buddy ‒ often a former camper ‒ who helps them through their grieving process. In this video, camp buddies share why they volunteer, and how much Camp Good Grief means to them.
Camp Good Grief is one of the many free programs the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation supports thanks to generous donors like you. Team members who received Above and Beyond forms can donate to the camp to help even more grieving youngsters benefit from this special service. Don’t forget—Above and Beyond ends on July 31.
