Ten Urgent & Family Care Centers transitioned to Baptist Urgent Care Centers on Monday, Feb. 12. The locations are in Bartlett, Collierville and Jackson, Tennessee; Batesville, Columbus, Horn Lake, Starkville, West Point and Tupelo, Mississippi; and Wynne, Arkansas. A new location in Germantown, Tennessee, will open in mid-March.
Baptist Urgent Care is a joint venture partnership between Baptist Memorial Health Care and Urgent Team Family of Urgent Care & Walk-In Centers, one of the largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast.
“This collaboration has expanded our non-emergency, walk-in services and made access to urgent care more convenient for our patients,” said Jason Little, president and CEO of Baptist Memorial Health Care.
All of the centers are open seven days a week and provide treatment for injuries, illnesses and urgent conditions that are not life-threatening. Walk-ins are welcome, or patients can schedule a same-day or next-day visit online with Hold My Spot or plan a telemedicine visit.
Baptist Urgent Care centers will complement Baptist’s existing minor medical location in Cordova and replace access previously provided at minor medical centers in Bartlett, East Memphis and Olive Branch.
