St. Patrick’s Day brought a green surprise for the young patients at the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital. Unbeknownst to many, a leprechaun dropped by, giving away coins and necklaces, and generally spreading St. Patrick’s Day cheer.
