Press Ganey recognized eight Baptist Memorial Health Care entities with 2025 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Awards and two entities with Pinnacle of Excellence Awards. These awards are part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience, consumer experience, employee experience and clinical quality.
The Pinnacle of Excellence Award recognizes the three highest performing facilities for each market segment based on their average engagement scores from census surveys conducted in the two most recent calendar years. The Baptist facilities that earned the Guardian of Excellence Award ranked in the top 5% of health care providers for delivering superior experience for employees, physicians or patients.
