More than 100 guests attended the second annual P.D. Parrot Christmas Party on Thursday, Dec. 5 at the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital. Children enjoyed visiting with P.D. Parrot and having their pictures taken with Santa.
Attendees also had the opportunity to decorate Christmas trees and play games, such as stack the presents, pin the nose on Rudolph and pick a penguin. Many guests opted to write letters to Santa and play word games or decorate ornaments, stockings and Santa hats.
With all this fun, guests worked up an appetite. Santa cookies and hot cocoa were the perfect snack!
