Earlier this month at its annual lunch, the Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce presented the Outstanding Service Award to Baptist North Mississippi and its physicians and staff for their outstanding work, dedication, commitment and perseverance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“They selflessly cared not only for our community, but countless patients from across the Southeast that were transferred into this extraordinary hospital for the best of care,” said Quintin Brewer, president of the Chamber of Commerce.
This year marks the first time the Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce gave out the newly created Outstanding Service Award.
“We are grateful to be recognized for the commitment our Baptist North Mississippi colleagues have made in the last two years,” said Bill Henning, administrator and CEO at Baptist North Mississippi. “We are thankful that the hard work in the communities we serve is appreciated.”
