The Service Awards recognized 108 team members with five years of service, 55 with 10 years, 49 with 15 years, 21 with 20 years, 22 with 25 years, 10 with 30 years, 12 with 35 years, five with 40 years, four with 45 and two with 50 years.
MBMC recognizes team members with one-year pins and then pins for every five years of service, continuing in five-year intervals throughout the duration of a team member’s Baptist career.
“Employee recognition is vital for creating a positive work environment,” said Lee Ann Foreman, chief human resources officer of MBMC. “Recognition fosters engagement, motivation and commitment while strengthening team cohesion and enhancing job satisfaction.”
