On Monday, we will start our annual team member engagement survey. As you know, we do this every year. And not even a global pandemic will stop us from doing this important work.
You may be wondering why we’re conducting the survey this year during the COVID-19 outbreak. We know it is a particularly busy time for many of you. But I believe it’s even more important this year to find out how you feel about working at Baptist. Sometimes it takes a crisis to highlight the best at Baptist and the worst. I want to know what you love, what you need, how you feel about your work environment, and what we can do to get better, especially during these challenging times.
Your answers are confidential, but they tell us a great deal about what’s important to you. When we know the answers, we can focus our efforts on the solutions.
The team member engagement survey is one of the most important ways we can all work together to make Baptist the best place to work and receive care. It doesn’t take long to complete, but you’ll make a big difference.
I encourage you to complete this year’s survey, which will last from Monday, May 11th through Monday, May 25th. You will receive an email from Press Ganey on Monday with a link to the survey. There will also be a link to the survey on your entity’s MyBaptist page.
