Baptist held a very successful recruitment event for the new Outpatient Surgery Department on The Jackson Clinic-Baptist Campus in Jackson, Tennessee, on Thursday, Sept. 14. The response was outstanding with more than 500 people registering for the one-day hiring event, held at the Carl Grant Events Center Heritage Hall on the Union University campus.
At the event, attendees applied for several positions, including admissions representatives, central sterile supply technicians, housekeepers, patient care technicians, registered nurses and surgical technologists. Baptist team members conducted interviews and made contingent offers.
