Earn $3,000 for referring a Baptist Technology Services team member

If you can successfully recruit a new Baptist Technology Services (BTS) team member, you and the successful candidate could earn $3,000 each.

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to qualify for the bonus:

  • They cannot be a current Baptist team member and cannot have worked for Baptist within the past six months.
  • They must apply for a full-time BTS position.
  • They cannot have a pre-existing work obligation with Baptist.

Temporary agency staff, administrative staff, members of management, and members of the Human Resources department at Baptist are not eligible to receive a bonus for referring a candidate.

How to Refer an Applicant

  • The referred applicant must complete the employment application.
  • In the “Referral Source” section, the applicant must enter the name of the referring team member. Team members cannot claim that they are responsible for recruiting a candidate once the applicant has undergone the interview process and/or an offer of employment has been or is being extended.

Payment of Referral Bonus

Current Baptist Employee

A total of $3,000 (less applicable tax withholding) for hiring a referral into a designated full-time BTS position – The first payment of $1,500 is made after the new hire successfully completes his/her Epic certification. If Epic certification is not required, the first payment of $1,500 is made after the new hire successfully completes 90 days of employment. The second and final referral bonus payment of $1,500 is made after the new hire completes 12 months of full-time employment.

Newly recruited BTS employee

A total of $3,000 (less applicable tax withholding) for the newly hired full-time BTS employee –The first payment of $1,500 is made after the new hire successfully completes his/her Epic certification. If Epic certification is not required, the first payment of $1,500 is made after the new hire successfully completes 90 days of employment. The second and final referral bonus payment of $1,500 is paid after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.

  • Advisory Clinical Application Analyst-Medical Technologist (Beaker Clinical and Anatomic Pathology)
  • Associate Application Analyst-Access & Revenue (Professional Billing)
  • Intermediate Clinical Application Analyst-Pathology Medical Technologist or Technician (Beaker Clinical and Anatomic Pathology)
  • Senior Database Administrator – SQL – Epic
  • Senior Internal Telecom Engineer
  • Senior System/Network Administrator – Epic
