Instructions for downloading the app
- To create an account, download the inHealth
wellbeing mobile app to your Apple or Android
phone. - Once your download is complete, open the mobile app
and click “Create Account.” - Enter your Company ID: BMHCC and click “Next” in the top
right corner of your screen. - Complete all information in the sign-up form.
- Your Password must be between 8 and 15 characters. It must
contain at least one number and one special character. Accepted
special characters are !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, and *. - Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and mark the
“I Agree” checkbox. - Click “Create” in the top right corner of your screen.

After downloading the app, you’ll be able to:

- Get the most out of the new BestHealth Wellbeing program by tracking your health and fitness in the new wellbeing app (which is called “inHealth Well-being.”) (PLEASE NOTE: Android will not sync blood pressure and blood glucose.)
- Learn how you can sync your data through Apple Health and Google Fit on pages 15-19 of the user guide linked here and available in the app.
- While FitBit doesn’t connect directly to Apple Health or Google Fit, FitBit users can still sync their data with the wellbeing app by using a third-party app such as MyFitnessPal, LoseIt or Strava. Simply download one of these apps and follow its instructions to connect to Apple Health or Google Fit. For example, to connect MyFitnessPal to Apple Health follow these easy steps.
- Install and setup MyFitnessPal to read data from your FitBit
- Log into MyFitnessPal and click Apps.
- In the App Gallery, find Fitbit and click Connect.
- Click Allow to give MyFitnessPal access to your Fitbit data.
- In the MyFitnessPal app, click on the three dots in the lower right corner then click on Apps & Devices.
- Scroll down to the Health App, and select it.
- Click on Settings and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Go into Apple Health, click on Source at the bottom, and click on MyFitnessPal or Third party App, and click Turn All Categories On.
- Your health and fitness data can now sync from Apple Health into the inHealth Wellbeing app using the Health Tracking feature. To learn more, log into the inHealth Wellbeing app or web portal and click on the Support tab to visit Apple Health App Support or Google Fit Help.
- Get the most out of the new BestHealth Wellbeing program by tracking your health and fitness in the new wellbeing app (which is called “inHealth Well-being.”) (PLEASE NOTE: Android will not sync blood pressure and blood glucose.)
- Complete your health risk assessment and learn your health risks. That will get you one step closer to earning a $50 reward.
- See your biometric screening results, risk tracker score and advice on how to change your lifestyle
- Get information on challenges. If you reach certain goals, you could win prizes!
- Find out reward requirements, which rewards you have earned, and go to the gift card mall to choose your gift card(s) rewards
- Access health articles, websites, flyers and videos
- Communicate with our wellbeing specialists
