Dec. 21 is National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day, and Baptist team members are invited to participate by sending in photos of you and your team members or pets wearing your Christmas gear by Wednesday, Dec. 19 to your entity’s HR representative.
Baptist’s Corporate Communications department will share selected photos on Baptist’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages on Dec. 21. Those who would like to have their photos considered for the social media campaign need to
- Take a clear photo of themselves with their team members or pets wearing their Christmas sweaters
- Submit these photos and signed consent forms for anyone featured in the photos (including themselves) to their entity’s HR directors by Wednesday, Dec. 19
- Comply with Baptist’s dress standard of being neat and appropriate
- Avoid disrespectful gear or poses, profanity or vulgarity, or anything that would cause embarrassment
Team members are encouraged to check Baptist’s social media channels on Dec. 21 to see if their photo is featured and share their own photos! We hope our entire Baptist family will participate as we celebrate this most wonderful time of the year!
