Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County’s Service First Council recently held a Souper Bowl competition to showcase each department’s culinary skills and raise funds for Service First projects and special events.
Kaylee Elder, director of Health Information Management for the hospital, earned the coveted first place trophy for her delicious potato soup. Case Management came in second place, and Ultrasound earned third place.
