Baptist Union County recently held a retirement reception for Jeanette Frazier, a registered nurse with 36 years of service. Jeanette began her career at Union County General Hospital in 1972 as a ward secretary and completed nursing school in 1974.
After working in the labor and delivery unit for a few years, Jeanette left the hospital setting to work in industrial and occupational medicine, but returned to the hospital in 1980 and began a long career in surgery and ambulatory care.
During her career, Jeanette has received numerous patient letters thanking her for her care and nominations for outstanding nursing care.
