Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City team members recently met with students at Union City High School to discuss career and educational opportunities at a lunch and learn hosted by the school’s Key Club and its advisor Carolyn Nipp.

Team members who participated in the two sessions with students serve in administration; laboratory; nursing; pastoral care; ultrasound; and occupational, physical and speech therapy.

This is the second year Baptist Union City team members have spoken with students at the event, which was moderated by Chaplain Michael Dennison, director of pastoral care for Baptist Union City.

Skipper Bondurant, Baptist Union City CEO and administrator, said, “It encourages me to see youth leaders so involved in making their community a better place. We are thankful to be invited to share health care career opportunities with them.”
