Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City collaborated with the Obion County Public Library to present the Kids Health Care Fair for children 5 to 12 years old on Tuesday, July 25. Several team members from Baptist Union City helped to keep the children excited and motivated for two and a half hours with seven events designed to promote health and happiness.
The event was also called “The World’s Greatest Health Care Fair … Just for Kids!”
“Our staff was eager to get back into hosting these events after a pause for the pandemic. We’re committed to helping create a passion for health care in our local youth, and we thank Obion County Public Library for its dedicated service to our community,” said Chaplain Michael Dennison, director of pastoral care for Baptist Union City.
Hospital leaders also thanked Baptist Priority Ambulance and CBRE for their logistical contributions, which made it possible to offer a hospital-like setting in the library.
