Baptist Public Relations Team Wins Memphis’ Top PR Award

The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Memphis Chapter recognized Baptist Memorial Health Care with multiple awards for excellence in public relations and communications, including Best in Show, during the 2025 VOX Awards ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 16 at the Memphis Museums of Science & History.

The Heart to Heart campaign, led by Baptist Public Relations Advisor Molly Ebach, won Best in Show. PRSA also recognized Heart to Heart with awards for Video in the Tactics category and for Events and Observances in the Strategic Campaigns category for nonprofits. Heart to Heart, held on Friday, Feb. 14, united nine heart transplant recipients with their donor’s families on National Donor Day.

Heart & Soul: A Men’s Wellness Collective, led by Baptist Public Relations Advisor Lillie Flenorl, won for Public Service in the Strategic Campaigns category. Heart & Soul was held on Saturday, June 21 to educate and inspire men to be proactive about their mental health.

This recognition makes each achievement more special, and I couldn’t be happier to have the privilege to work alongside Molly and Lillie.”
