Post Grad Year One (PGY1) pharmacy residents with Baptist Memorial Health Care met at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis for a systemwide group orientation this summer. Residents enjoyed meeting each other during the icebreaker game before diving into topics covered during the orientation, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) research project information and professionalism.
Brittanay Moore, assistant director for CONCERN Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Melissa Wilkes Donahue, director of CONCERN EAP, introduced the residents to the CONCERN program and offered guidance on avoiding burnout.
