Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi recently welcomed Robyn Dorris as its new chief financial officer. She is taking over the role following the retirement of Dana Williams, who served Baptist for 34 years.
“We are pleased to welcome Robyn to the leadership team,” said Brian Welton, CEO and administrator of Baptist North Mississippi. “Her strong financial background and understanding of health care’s financial challenges will serve us well. We look forward to her leadership and guidance as we continue to invest in new services, equipment and facilities.”
Robyn earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Mississippi. A Millington native, she returned to the Memphis area in 2013 and began her career in the corporate finance department at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare.
When the opportunity to work for Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford presented itself, Robyn and her family knew it was the right move for them.
“I am thrilled to join Baptist North Mississippi and continue the great work this team does to support the patients, families and community we serve,” said Robyn. “As an Ole Miss graduate, Oxford holds a special place in my heart. Now married with two young sons, I am excited for them to love and grow up in this community as I have.”
