Felisha Tabor, registered nurse on 4 North at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis, recently earned the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses for her attentiveness and kindness. A patient’s family member nominated Felisha after noticing the excellent care she provided. Felisha has been nominated multiple times by her patients and their families.

“Felisha stood out to me right away. She is very attentive, kind, patient and thorough. She keeps me informed of the changes happening with my loved one,” noted the nominator. “I do not like leaving my grandmother for even a short period of time, but when Felisha is assigned to her care, I have a deeper level of comfort stepping away.”
