The American College of Cardiology awarded seven Baptist Memorial hospitals the National Cardiovascular Data Registry Chest Pain – MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award for 2025.
The following Baptist Memorial hospitals earned the 2025 NCDR Chest Pain – MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award:
- Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center – seven consecutive years
- Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto – 11 consecutive years
- Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle – six consecutive years
- Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis – nine consecutive years
- Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi – seven consecutive years
- Mississippi Baptist Medical Center – five consecutive years
- NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital – seven consecutive years
The award recognizes commitment and success in implementing a higher standard of care for heart attack patients according to the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association. Recognized hospitals have demonstrated sustained, top-level performance in quality of care and adherence to guideline recommendations.
Full participation in the registry immerses hospitals in a robust quality improvement process using data to drive improvements in adherence to guideline recommendations and overall quality of care provided to heart attack patients.
