Baptist Memorial Hospital-Crittenden held its Annual Nursing Skills Fair from Monday, Dec. 9 through Friday, Dec. 13. The event, which attracted more than 50 Baptist Crittenden nurses, was organized by Staff Development RN Specialist Felicia Cobbs.
“With a focus on both professional development and team building, attendees had the opportunity to collaborate and share best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement for our hospital,” said Felicia. “We are grateful for the positive energy and camaraderie displayed by everyone involved, making this event not only informative but also enjoyable.”
The skills fair provided an engaging platform for the hospital’s nursing staff to enhance their skills, learn about the latest advancements in patient care and participate in interactive workshops. The event also featured daily prize giveaways to make the learning experience even more fun.
“We look forward to building on this success in the coming years and continuing to support our nursing staff in their professional journeys. We’re committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and enriching the knowledge and skills of our nursing team,” said Felicia.
