Baptist Anderson Celebrates Patient Experience

Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center recently held a “Popping with Purpose” patient experience kickoff event, treating team members to lemonade and popcorn. The fun and meaningful celebration honored the hospital’s teamwork, commitment to service and dedication to enhancing patient experience.

“We believe every moment matters. Whether it’s a brief exchange or a longer visit, each interaction is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression. By greeting warmly, expressing gratitude and ending every encounter on a positive note, we reinforce a culture of kindness and respect that touches everyone we serve,” said Baptist Anderson Director of Patient Experience Sheila Nettles. “Our ‘Popping with Purpose’ kickoff was not only a fun and engaging way to refocus on the patient experience — it was also a heartfelt opportunity to show appreciation for our incredible team.”
