Baptist Memorial Health Care’s annual metro-Memphis United Way giving campaign has begun. To be counted with the 2019 campaign, contributions must be made by Sunday, December 1. Team members can give in one of several ways:

- Text “BMH” to 41444. You will receive a thank you message and a link from the United Way of the Mid-South. Click on the link and select an amount to donate.
- Complete a printed pledge form. All forms will be delivered to your human resources office. After completing the form, please scan and email it to melissa.lewis@bmhcc.org or fax it to 901-227-6190.
- Donate PTO by completing the PTO Donation Authorization Form on the back side of the pledge form and sending it to Melissa Lewis by email (melissa.lewis@bmhcc.org) or fax (901-227-6190).
Team members can donate to the United Way Fund, the Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation or any 501(c) 3 charity of their choice. When donating to the Baptist Foundation, you can choose to support causes close to your heart, such as cancer care, Camp Good Grief, the newborn ICU or patient assistance. One-hundred percent of your contribution can be designated for the charity or fund of your choice. Last year, Baptist team members donated more than $150,000.
PLEASE NOTE: Previous pledges will NOT automatically renew. You must submit a new pledge form each year that you wish to contribute.
