Earlier this month, I wrote about engagement and asked you to take the employee engagement survey sometime between April 26 and May 17. When our leaders came together for BLDI last week, we further explored the importance of engagement and the role it can play in making our organization better.
Now that we are four days away from the start of our engagement survey, I want to remind and encourage you to take 10 minutes to share what you love about Baptist as well as the areas where you think we can improve. The survey is strictly confidential; no one at Baptist will be able to attribute your responses to you.
Taking this survey and making changes based on the results are important parts of our Baptist Cares effort, which is designed to transform our culture. Baptist Cares is still in its infancy, but I see how eager you are to engage in our progress. We’ll need that as we continue to build a better Baptist.
The employee engagement survey is one of the most important projects we’ll undertake this year. It’s the roadmap we’ll use to guide us on our Baptist Cares journey. You can play an important role in keeping us on course as we create an even better environment for you, our patients, family members and physicians. It will only take 10 minutes.
