Information Technology introduces new way to track help desk requests

MyServiceDesk (http://myservicedesk/) is a new portal for individual customers to keep track of personal incidents and requests that have been logged through Information Technology’s Help Desk or through the Request process. (Information Technology is the department formerly known as Information Systems or IS.)

This site allows:

  • all users to view the status of all opened incidents
  • all users to view the resolution for the last 10 closed incidents
  • managers and above to view open and closed incidents for their direct reports.
