Baptist leaders serve healthy breakfast/Hospital Week giveaway
Tuesday, May 12
2 p.m.
“At Your Service:” Service First Council will deliver popcorn and smoothies to each department.
Wednesday, May 13
Wellness Wednesday in HR Training Room
8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Baptist Women’s Health Center Mobile Mammography Unit visits the Corporate building. With your annual screening, you have the potential to earn 400 HumanaVitality Points. (Only available to those who have made appointments in advance.)
9 a.m. – 10 a.m.
CPR instructional sessions
10:15 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Carpal tunnel training/exercises-You will earn 35 HumanaVitality Points for your documented attendance.
11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Smart Medicine videos and handouts, informational packets and door prizes
1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Mid-Day Move: Centergy, a Yoga and Pilates instructional session-You will earn 35 HumanaVitality Points for your documented attendance. If you wear a HumanaVitality-approved fitness device, you have the potential to earn additional points. Come prepared to join in on the exercise fun!

Lunch served by Baptist leaders

Baptist Spirit Day: Wear your favorite Baptist polo to work
Memphis-themed Carnival Fun (postponed until May 22)

You can enjoy delicious barbecue nachos with chicken or pork, or wings cooked on site with chips and a drink for just $7.00. Provided by Central BBQ.
